SHIPPING POLICY
The following payment and shipping conditions apply to orders placed through our online shop.
1. DELIVERY AREAS
We deliver worldwide!
The available delivery countries are displayed during checkout. If a country cannot be selected as a delivery destination during checkout, delivery to that country is currently not available.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
The following shipping costs apply per order:
Germany:
€7.39
European Union:
€18.00
Countries outside the European Union:
€27.99
The applicable shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before the customer submits the binding order.
For deliveries outside the applicable customs territory, additional customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees or other import-related charges may apply.
Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout or for the respective shipping method, such additional costs are not included in the product price or shipping costs and shall be borne by the customer.
3. DELIVERY TIMES
Unless otherwise stated in the respective product description, the estimated delivery time is:
Germany:
3–5 working days
International deliveries:
5–7 working days
Where advance payment has been agreed, the delivery period begins after the customer's payment instruction has been made.
No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays at the delivery destination where the respective carrier does not provide delivery services on such days.
If an order contains several products with different delivery times and the products are shipped together, the delivery time for the complete shipment is determined by the product with the longest stated delivery time, unless otherwise agreed.
Different delivery times may apply to pre-order products. The applicable estimated delivery or dispatch time for pre-order products is stated in the respective product description and depending on the manufacturing time.
International delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, procedures of competent authorities or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Mandatory statutory rights of the customer remain unaffected.
