How long does shipping take?

We ship within 1 business days after your order is placed. (If its not pre-order)

• Europe: 3–7 business days
• Worldwide: 7–12 business days (depending on location)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary by country and are calculated at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Products & Sizing

How do your sizes fit?

Our pieces are unisex and generally true to size. For an oversized fit, go one size up. Check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements.

Will sold-out items restock?

Some drops are limited and won’t return. Core pieces or fan favorites may be restocked (really rare scenario)

How do I care for the clothing?

To keep your pieces looking their best:

• Do not tumble dry
  
• Do not iron over prints
  Check each garment’s label for specific care instructions.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Yes – if something doesn’t work out, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Can I exchange an item?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired size or product.

 

Where does Ethereal ship from?

Your package gets shipped from Germany. Our Warehouse will take care of your order!
