RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR CONSUMERS
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
INSTRUCTIONS ON WITHDRAWAL
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.
If you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these goods are delivered separately, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last good.
If a product is delivered in several separate shipments or pieces, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last shipment or piece.
EXERCISING YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.

Providing your order number and the reason of your withdrawal will help us identify your order and process your withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you submit your withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
This does not include additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
EXCLUSION OR PREMATURE EXPIRY OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Unless otherwise provided by law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or goods that are clearly personalised or tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
